Patient Account Representative

A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative responsible for accurate billing and account collections.

Key Responsibilities

Identify items to be billed and obtain necessary documentation for billing

Enter charges, submit bills, and maintain data in the billing management system

Analyze billing issues to reduce denials and communicate with various departments regarding billing processes

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in billing, collections, registration, or related environment

One year of Epic system experience highly preferred

High School diploma or equivalent required

PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Must have fast, accurate data entry skills
