LOCUM - Gastroenterology

We will look at temp fluro licenses for this position, noting that the provider will have to get the permanent fluro a year from when their temp is issued.

Schedule :

• Weekday Clinic & Night Call : 730-330pm (Location 1) or 740-340pm (Location 2) then night call from 5pm-730 or 740 the next day. These shifts would be follows : clinic work and any calls during the 8 hour shift would be at the regular hour (730-330 or 740-340).
• Weekend call is 24hr coverage.
• There will be a 1 / 2 hour unpaid lunch on the weekdays

They will need shifts covered starting in January 2026. Specific shifts will be determined one privileged. Please include provider availability on presentation.

ENSURE TO REFLECT THE BELOW :

OT should be preapproved by the clinic manager before the end of shift.

Procedures usually take between 30 minutes to an hour.

Please note that the privileging timeline will not begin until the RFA and application are turned back in. Typical turn around for RFA is 48-72 hours.

O All specialties require 2 years of current Hospital clinical activity in the specialty.

O Gaps greater than 3 months must be explained.

O Include current number of case logs upon presentation for surgical specialties.

Provider MUST have an active CA license or will not be name cleared.
