Hours / Schedule
Week 1 : Sunday Closed, Monday 8 : 45am-5 : 30pm, Tuesday 8 : 15am-5pm, Wednesday 8 : 15am-5pm, Thursday Off, Friday 8 : 15am-5pm, Saturday 8 : 15am-12pm
Week 2 : Sunday Closed, Monday 8 : 45am-5 : 30pm, Tuesday 8 : 15am-5pm, Wednesday 8 : 15am-5pm, Thursday 8 : 15am-5pm, Friday 8 : 15am-5pm, Saturday Off

Description : The individual is responsible for building relationships with customers by handling virtually any non-lending transaction. May handle specialized accounts. Cross selling is a main job function.
Essential duties and responsibilities :
Represents the Bank to customers in a courteous, professional mannerListens, assesses and explains effectively, thoroughly, and professionally the products would best suit the customer’s needsOpens / closes savings, checking, money market and CD accounts (individual, joint, custodial and business) as well as add on products including but not limited to : debit cards, ATM cards, NetTeller, BillPayer, sweeps, Good Life Club, etcProcesses Vertex transaction including but not limited to : deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, money orders, and cashier’s checksAnswers the phone and assists customers as neededMaintains prescribed security controls to protect against criminal or fraudulent activity and unnecessary risk / exposureAssists customers with account inquiriesProcesses wire transfersProcesses changes of addressProcesses stop paymentsUnlocks and resets digital banking accessProcesses CD deposits and batchingProcesses account status changesEnrolls Good Life Club membersRedeems savings bondsAssists customer in balancing accountsOrders customer checksCreates new CIFsPurchases and redeems foreign currencyAny and all other duties as assignedThese additional duties may be assigned based upon branch needs :

High School Diploma or GED required1-2 years of related experience in banking requiredVault experience preferredPersonal banking experience preferredHigh level of professionalismBasic computer skills, using Word, Excel, Internet, e-mail, and other data or software programs and applicationsProfessional communication skillsHigh level of confidentialityExcellent organizational skillsMust comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act and the requirements of the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
