Patriot Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking for passionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our growing nursing team in Paris, TN. As a RN, you will work alongside the Director of Nursing / Nurse Managers to provide the best quality care to our residents : administrating IVs and medication and monitoring the resident's vitals.

This position is full time, part time, or per diem. Hiring for both day shift (7a-7p) and night shift (7p-7a)!

Pay Rates :

  • $30.00 - $37.92 per hour

Sign on Bonus >

$5,000 sign on bonus for full time 7p-7a shift!

Job Requirements :

  • Current and active Registered Nurse License in state of TN
  • Previous experience in long term care is preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays if needed

    Job Responsibilities May Include :

  • Provide direct patient care to residents following established care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, documenting accurately
  • Monitor residents' health status including vital signs, physical and mental condition
  • Assist with admission, transfers and discharge procedures including resident assessments and documentation
  • Collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, therapists and other team members to ensure quality care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records
  • Support residents with activities of daily living as needed
  • Participate in care planning, family conferences, and resident meetings to promote person centered care
  • Follow infection control, safety protocols and facility policies
  • Educate residents and families on health management, medication use, and care procedures
  • Assist in training and mentoring new staff
