Job Description

We are seeking a Hyland OnBase System Administrator to support the Parole OnBase implementation at DOC & PBPP. The administrator will handle daily application administration, maintenance, and support the migration of parole processes from paper-based to electronic records. This role involves maintaining existing OnBase solutions and evolving them to meet changing business needs. The System Administrator will also serve as the primary contact for hardware, database, and application support related to OnBase. Experience with OnBase development, workflow design, and engineering is highly desirable. Certifications such as Hyland OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) are preferred; additional certifications like OCWA are a plus.

Specific Duties :

  • Lead technical support for PBPP's Hyland OnBase solutions.
  • Maintain and support OnBase operations.
  • Support installation and configuration of solutions.
  • Implement changes using OnBase Configurator.
  • Assist with testing and migration across development, SIT, UAT, and production environments.
  • Develop test strategies, plans, scripts, and documentation.
  • Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing for OnBase changes.
  • Document defects and manage issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with Hyland Software for technical support.
  • Perform quality assurance activities, including testing and reviews.
  • Provide technical support for OnBase integrations.
  • Document configuration changes and transfer knowledge to technical staff.
  • Gather and document business requirements.
  • Validate technical specifications and infrastructure needs.
  • Assist with end-user training.
  • Respond to queries about product capabilities.
  • Plan for future growth of OnBase solutions within PBPP.
