Outpatient Psychiatry - 1 Hour From Milwaukee seeking a compassionate and collaborative outpatient psychiatrist to join our behavioral health team in Wisconsin. This position offers a flexible schedule, a supportive practice environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused setting. Key Highlights 32-hour workweek with flexible scheduling Option to work remotely one day per week Outpatient-only practice with no inpatient responsibilities Average of patients per day The patient base is largely established, offering continuity of care with a minimal number of new patients. Call rotation of 1 : 9, which involves managing patient messages and medication refills for providers on PTO, during business hours only Integrated care model with experienced support staff Epic EMR for streamlined documentation and coordination Responsibilities Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment for a diverse outpatient population The ideal candidate should be comfortable prescribing Suboxone, Clozaril, and long-acting injectable medications.
