Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations and performance of a team of agents to meet service levels and sales targets
Conduct training, coaching, and performance appraisals for team members while addressing HR-related issues
Compile reports on team performance and customer feedback, acting as a liaison between team members and management
