Project Manager

Our client is a leader in the commercial waterproofing industry across the Southeast, known for quality workmanship, cutting-edge technology, and outstanding service on some of the largest and most complex projects in the region.

Our client is seeking a Project Manager responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of commercial waterproofing and restoration projects, including bidding, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. This role requires collaboration with estimators, general contractors, superintendents, and field crews to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and at the highest quality. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day project workflows, reviewing contracts and financial reporting, ensuring safety and compliance, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of construction experience (Division 7 background preferred over GC)
  • Estimation experience required
  • Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Bilingual candidates desired, not required
  • Software : Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), Microsoft Suite

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare proposals, blueprints, take-offs, bids, budgets, and contracts
  • Oversee office and field operations for assigned projects
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
  • Manage crews, review timesheets, and oversee productivity
  • Monitor profitability through monthly reporting and AR coordination
  • Support training, career development, and advancement of team members
  • Develop new client relationships and pursue business opportunities
