  • Responsibilities :
  • Able to develop conceptual design ideas to complete comprehensive architectural compositions
  • Capable of interacting independently with clients, contractors and consultants
  • Understanding applicable codes and communicating with local jurisdictions
  • Working as part of the team developing presentations
  • Strong understanding of construction building systems to be fully implemented into the construction documents
  • Analyze site constraints and provide critical analysis of code and zoning issues
  • Understanding of construction elements & products to be incorporated into the project manual
  • Coordinate building systems integration with engineering consultants
  • Understanding of bidding, permitting and construction administration phase to work hand in hand with our office CA department
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to our collaborative culture
  • Capable of maintaining projects on budget and on schedule
  • Capable of creating a variety of conceptual ideas into 3D models to enhance communication with clients and the integration of architect and client ideas
  • Requirements :
  • Professional degree in Architecture or Equivalent
  • Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, MS Office and 3D visualization software (Lumion, 3D Studio Max, and Adobe Suite)
  • Working as a team with the CA department on site observations visits and reports
  • Understanding of the details that complete the architectural aspect of the project with MEP & structural engineers
  • Well-developed graphic and visualization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of working on multiple projects as the team lead person or support other team members
  • Licensure preferred but not required (motivated to pursue licensure)
