What You'll Do :

• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, recruiting, billing / payroll, and administrative workflows
• Supervise and support a team of office and field staff
• Ensure client satisfaction and continuity of care
• Implement systems to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance
• Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and performance goals
