Position : Weekend Supervisor (LPN / RN)

Location : Maitland, Florida

Shift : Part-Time | 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Salary : $33–$40 per hour

Rehabilitation Center of Winter Park is seeking a dedicated and experienced Weekend Supervisor (LPN / RN) to lead our nursing team and ensure exceptional care for our residents. Key Responsibilities :

Partner with the Director and Associate Director of Nursing to ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with regulations.

Lead, guide, and mentor nursing staff to uphold high standards of resident care.

Monitor staffing levels and adjust to maintain safe and effective coverage.

Conduct regular rounds, provide constructive feedback, and report observations to leadership.

Assist with state surveys and inspections when needed.

Support the development and implementation of individualized resident care and discharge plans.

Address staff concerns, complaints, and grievances appropriately.

Welcome and support residents and families during admissions.

Accompany physicians on rounds and oversee accurate medication and treatment administration.

Provide direct nursing care and assist with resident assessments as needed.

Participate in evaluations and support professional development for LPNs and CNAs.

Qualifications :

Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.

Active and unrestricted LPN or RN license in Florida.

At least 2 years of direct care experience in long-term care, restorative, or geriatric nursing.

Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.

Current CPR certification.
