Retail Merchandiser Team Lead

In this

role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers

to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end

caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking

inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales

opportunities. In addition, you will support leadership with

reporting, training, scheduling, as well as onboarding new hires.

interacting with customers and management in a friendly,

enthusiastic, and outgoing manner

You’re

18 years or

older

Can perform physical work of moving,

bending, standing and can lift up to 50

lbs.

Have reliable transportation to and from

work location

Have 1-2 years of merchandising

experience

Have experience leading and training

people

Can use your smartphone or tablet to

record work after each shift

Demonstrate

excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our

clients, customers and team members

Are a

motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and

results

Work independently, but also possess

successful team building skills

Have the

ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a

retail

environment
