LHH is partnering with a National Law Firm in search of a Director of Financial Business Operations to join their team in New Orleans, LA. In this role, you will report directly to the CFO and over see all of the financial operations with 3 Accounting Manager reporting directly to you. This is a hands on strategic role where you will play an instrumental part in driving revenue and assisting partners with the firm. This is a direct hire job that pays between $185K - $210K. RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic planning and improving profitability and wires
This person will be responsible for all accounting / finance operations for the firm - financial statement prep, analysis and reporting
Oversight and leadership of 3 managers and a staff of 20 people under them and all close reporting as well as audits, mergers, ad-hoc reporting for the partners
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required, CPA preferred
3+ Years of experience working with a law firm, accounting firm or a place with billable hours
Strong strategic planning, process improvement and development of system that drive revenue

Pay Details : $185,000.00 to $210,000.00 per year
