Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- Coordinate and deliver employee training and development initiatives.
- Advise managers and employees on HR best practices and company policies.
- Participate in performance management and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruiting.Solid understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.Preferred Skills
Experience in a fast-growing or mid-sized company.Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
