Senior Manager, Operations, Driver Research and Insights

The Senior Manager, Operations, Driver Research and Insights will leverage your natural curiosity and strong knowledge of research capabilities to lead research and insights projects within our End 2 End Delivery Business. You will be asked to plan, execute, and activate primary research as well as partner with research vendors to execute projects. You are a champion of insights and adept at translating both quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable recommendations. In this role you will be part of a quickly growing part of the business and will help enable expansion and decision making through your research.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Stock

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area. 1 year's supervisory experience.
