Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our client's financial services team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce development and integrations, with strong knowledge across Apex, LWC, Aura Components, and multiple Salesforce Clouds. Candidates with Salesforce certifications and prior experience in the financial domain will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Aura Components .
  • Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware tools.
  • Customize and configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud , and Marketing Cloud to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions within defined timelines.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to platform performance and custom functionality.
  • Stay current on new Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in :

    • Apex Classes, Triggers, and Batch Processes

  • Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
  • Salesforce Integrations (REST / SOAP APIs, Middleware, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
  • Prior implementation experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud .
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Certifications (Mandatory / Preferred) :

  • Required : Salesforce PD1 , PD2 , and Administrator Certifications.
  • Preferred : Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant).

    • Nice to Have :

  • Experience with Financial Services domain or automotive finance clients.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins for Salesforce deployments.

    • Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies.
