JOB DESCRIPTION : Director, Global Finance & Operations

POSITION SUMMARY

The Director, Global Finance & Operations will lead financial strategy, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment to drive sustainable growth. This role is responsible for financial planning, business performance analysis, and operational process optimization across the organization.

FINANCE LEADERSHIP

  • Lead the FP&A function, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making across departments.
  • Oversee financial reporting, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards.
  • Deliver actionable insights to executive leadership through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.

BUSINESS OPERATIONS

  • Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Product teams to optimize pricing, margin, and inventory strategies.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives such as cost optimization, automation, and digital transformation.
  • Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration planning.

  • Support a high-performing finance and operations team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.

    • QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA or CPA preferred)

    8-12 years of progressive experience in finance and operations, ideally in tech, distribution, or supply chain sectors.

    Proven track record of leading FP&A and business operations in a fast-paced, global environment.

    Experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Power BI)
