What You Will Do :
Greet and assist customersProvide a presence at the front entry that will deter theft by engaging with customersPrevents theft through constant awareness of customer activity and urgently engaging with customers to validate receipts and recover unpaid merchandiseKeeps our team members and customers safe by identifying and resolving safety concernsRespond to alerts urgently to check receipts, recover unpaid merchandise in compliance with Company policies and proceduresRespond to any suspicious activityUses de-escalation tactics to limit disruptions in the storeConduct regular inspections of the store to identify security vulnerabilities and recommend improvementsMaintain detailed records of security incidents and report them to the appropriate store managementCollaborate with store management to investigate security incidentsOther duties as assigned by managementWhat You Will Bring :
At least 1 year of experience as a front door security employeeGood communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.Store attention to detail and situational awarenessAbility to remain calm and composed in high-pressure environments / situationsAbility to stand and walk to extended periods of timeAn Automated Decision System (ADS) is employed in the assessment of applicants for the positions being recruited for in order to gauge the following pertinent qualifications or traits :
