Overview :
Performs personal care and other assigned duties to patients in their home under the guidance and supervision of the skilled nursing staff or therapy staff. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Qualifications : Education
High school diploma or GED, preferred
Licensure : Valid driver's license
Certifications
Certified Nursing Assistant and / or completion of the Mercy-approved Patient Care Tech Program. CPR certification required but can be obtained after hire
Experience
Experience in a homecare or nursing facility, preferred
