Position : QC Operations Supervisor – Audio.

Salary Range : $54,678 – $65,878 annually (based on experience).

Responsibilities

As the QC Operations Supervisor – Audio, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day audio quality control operations. You'll oversee a team of technicians, maintain standards of excellence, and ensure that every piece of audio gear leaving our warehouse is show-ready, fully functional, and aligned with LMG’s reputation for reliability and innovation.

• Supervise the inspection, testing, and verification of audio equipment to ensure operational excellence.
• Oversee proper setup, teardown, cleaning, and maintenance of audio systems prior to deployment.
• Troubleshoot and document technical issues, collaborating with technicians to implement timely solutions.
• Develop and uphold quality control standards and processes for all inbound and outbound audio equipment.
• Monitor inventory integrity and coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for accurate movement.
