Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain building automation systems using the Honeywell Niagara Framework (including Niagara 4)
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to design and implement automation solutions for new and existing building systems
- Integrate third-party systems with Niagara-based BAS, ensuring compatibility with HVAC, lighting, energy management, and other building systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues within building automation systems and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Provide technical support and training to building owners, facility managers, and other stakeholders on the BAS operation
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including system configurations, software versions, and technical support procedures
