Salary : 15.00-19.00
As a Behavior Technician at Honey Bee Therapy, you will be crucial in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will work directly with clients in a clinical setting to deliver interventions to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
Responsibilities :
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients
- Assist clients in acquiring new skills and behaviors through structured teaching techniques
- Collaborate with other members of the therapy team
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)CPR / BLS CertificationPrevious experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferredCertification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification within 60 days of hireStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable transportationAbility to pass a background checkBenefits :
