• Associates.\n\nLicenses & Certifications : \n
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support.\n
• ONS / ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate.\n
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program.\n
• Basic Life Support.\n
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support.\n
• Registered Nurse.\n\nAdditional Qualifications : \n
• Associates degree in Nursing or Bachelors degree in Nursing.\n
• RNs hired prior to 2 / 1 / 2012 (South), 10 / 1 / 2017 (Bethesda), 10 / 1 / 2023 (Boca), 7 / 1 / 2018 (Fishermen's) are not required to have a BSN to continue in their non-leadership role as an RN.\n
• RNs hired after 2 / 1 / 2012 (South), 10 / 1 / 2017 (Bethesda), 10 / 1 / 2023 (Boca), 7 / 1 / 2018 (Fishermen's) with an Associate's degree will have 5 years from their date of hire to complete the BSN degree.\n
• RN must complete a preceptor class within twelve months of being deemed competent by department leadership for independent practice.\n
• Required to work minimum shift including weekend and holiday requirements as outlined in nursing staffing policy.\n
• As per department standard any of the following may be required (ACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life Support, BLS- Basic Life Support, PALS- Pediatric Advanced Life Support, NRP- Neonatal Resuscitation Program or ONS-Chemotherapy / Biotherapy Provider Card).\n
• 18 months experience required.\n\nMinimum Required Experience : \n\n18 months RN experience required. Candidates must have 1 year acute Cardiac Step Down experience. BLS and ACLS required.\n\nEOE, including disability / vets
