Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Technology Operations

About You :

You're a strategic partner and advisor who understands what motivates candidates and how to connect with them authentically. You bring deep expertise in technical recruiting and are comfortable challenging the status quo to improve outcomes. You know how to build strong relationships with hiring teams and guide them in making smart talent decisions.

Your Impact :

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner focused on technology roles, you'll play a key role in scaling the organization by identifying and attracting top-tier tech talent. Your work will directly influence the company's ability to grow and maintain its leadership in the data center industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Source, screen, and select candidates who align with the company's mission and values.
  • Proactively identify and engage passive technical talent.
  • Build and maintain sustainable talent pipelines to ensure high-quality hires and efficient time-to-fill metrics.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
  • Deliver a transparent and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Use data and research to inform and improve recruiting processes.
  • Represent the employment brand through social media, networking, and other channels.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on technical recruiting.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms, ideally Workday.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to travel occasionally (approximately 10%).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Commitment to delivering a high-touch experience to candidates and internal teams.
