Minneapolis specializing in commercial refrigeration equipment and store

fixtures for the grocery, convenience, and liquor retail industries. We are

seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a fulltime warehouse order

fulfillment & delivery associate.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Order Fulfillment & Delivery Associate. This role involves picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and occasionally delivering orders to customers or other business locations. The ideal candidate is organized, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Order Fulfillment :

• Accurately pick and pack items based on customer orders.
• Ensure all orders are labeled and prepared for shipment or delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.

Delivery Duties :

• Safely transport orders to customers or designated drop-off locations.
• Ensure timely and professional delivery service.
• Maintain delivery logs and obtain necessary signatures or confirmations.
• Inspect delivery vehicle regularly and report any issues.

General Warehouse Support :

• Receive and unload incoming shipments.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Work Environment :

• Warehouse setting with occasional outdoor work during deliveries.

Terms of Employment :

Hours : Monday - Friday 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM. Some overtime may occasionally be required. Some travel may be required; however, you are typically home every night.

Compensation : $ 20.00 - 25.00 per hour. Compensation will depend upon experience and credentials.
