Educational Requirements : A bachelor's degree in food science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A degree in food manufacturing or production management is a plus.Must be flexible to work nights and weekends.Experience :At least 2-5 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and certifications like HACCP, GMP, or ISO 22000 is preferred.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and production planning software is a plus.
