Indian Health Service (IHS) Fort Duchesne Health Center is seeking a Full-Time Contract Optometrist to join our mission-driven team in the breathtaking Uintah Basin of northeastern Utah—where rugged natural beauty meets rich cultural heritage.

Position Details

• Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
• Duration : Up to 1-year contract with potential extensions
• Setting : IHS facility – serving adults and pediatrics
• Experience Required : 2–3 years of family optometry
• Preferred : Previous Locum Tenens experience
• Certification : BLS required
• License : Any active U.S. state license accepted
