We are seeking a highly motivated mid-level Associate with experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity Investments, and other Corporate Transactions to join our M&A / Corporate Group . This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile transactions and provide guidance on Delaware law, fiduciary duties, and corporate governance matters.
Key Responsibilities :
- Advise on a range of corporate matters, including mergers & acquisitions, recapitalizations, joint ventures, and restructurings.
- Provide expertise on Delaware law, fiduciary duties, and alternative entity law (LLCs and limited partnerships).
- Collaborate with partners and senior associates on various transactional matters.
