This role requires strong clinical judgment, rapid decision-making, and the ability to manage complex cases in a high-acuity environment. Responsibilities : Monitor and manage patients requiring intensive care and advanced life support Administer medications, IV drips, and other critical interventions Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care Assess changes in patient condition and respond promptly Accurately document patient status, interventions, and outcomes Requirements : Active RN license Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience BLS and ACLS required CCRN certification preferred Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K offered.
