Business Analyst – Merchant Experience
Location : Irving, TX (On-site)
Employment Type : 1-Year Contract (Possible Extension or Conversion)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify areas of improvement in the merchant experience and lead cross-functional initiatives to implement solutions.
- Monitor merchant satisfaction metrics and work closely with account management teams to resolve issues and improve engagement.
- Design new programs, operational playbooks, and process enhancements to elevate partner satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams to develop promotional materials and partnership initiatives.
- Partner with Analytics and Product teams to define reporting standards and dashboards supporting internal and external stakeholders.
- Document requirements, processes, and workflows to ensure clarity and operational efficiency across teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management , or a related field.3+ years of experience in B2B relationship management account management client success consulting , or business operationsDemonstrated success in working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.Prior experience in delivery marketplaces, POS systems, or restaurant / retail technology platforms is highly preferred.Why Join Us
