Commercial Litigation Paralegal

Our client is a leading mid-sized law firm with offices around the tri-state and Florida. They are currently seeking a Full-time Commercial Litigation Paralegal with at least 5 years of litigation experience. If they have additional experience in administration (overseeing some paralegals and handling that admin), huge plus!

Drafts cover letters and other correspondence.

Indexes and summarizes documents and depositions.

Performs basic legal and factual research (including electronic and paper copies).

Discovery and substantive motion support, such as drafting and preparing, as commensurate with skill set

Ability to work with large document intensive cases.

Proficient in Lexis, Westlaw, Microsoft Word, Excel and ADOBE Acrobat Professional.

Bachelor’s degree and / or Paralegal Certificate.

Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm with the flexibility to work overtime when needed

Minimum 3 days a week in office

2 days a week remotely

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
