Primary Title : Maintenance Supervisor
About the Opportunity
Opportunity in the Industrial Facilities Management sector supporting on-site plant operations, building systems, and production equipment across the United States. This role is fully on-site and focuses on ensuring reliable plant uptime, safety compliance, and efficient maintenance execution for high-performing manufacturing / operations environments.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day maintenance operations for production and facility equipment—schedule, assign, and supervise technicians to meet uptime and quality targets.
- Execute and optimize preventive maintenance programs using CMMS to reduce unplanned downtime and extend asset life.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC, electrical, and mechanical system failures; perform hands-on repairs when needed.
- Manage spare-parts inventory, work orders, and vendor relationships to ensure timely repairs and cost control.
- Enforce safety procedures, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure OSHA and site-specific compliance across the maintenance team.
- Report performance metrics (MTTR, MTBF, PM completion), lead continuous-improvement initiatives, and support capital maintenance projects.
Skills Qualifications
Must-Have
3+ years supervising maintenance teams in manufacturing, facilities, or plant operations with proven leadership outcomes.Strong hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems and the ability to diagnose complex failures.Practical CMMS experience (creating work orders, scheduling PMs, tracking parts) and basic data-driven reporting skills.Solid knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance (OSHA), with experience executing safety programs.Preferred
Technical certification (e.g., HVAC, electrician, millwright) or associate degree in a technical discipline.Experience with continuous improvement tools (5S, Kaizen, TPM) and familiarity with RMS / PLC systems.Benefits Culture Highlights
