Overview

AI / ML Developer (Healthcare) role at iHire. A leading healthcare company is seeking a skilled AI / Machine Learning Developer to join its R&D team.

Role

You'll be a key member of a cross-functional team, working alongside data scientists, clinicians, and software engineers to design, build, and deploy AI / ML models. Your primary focus will be on developing internal applications.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI / ML can create significant internal impact.
  • Extract, transform, and preprocess data to build accurate and reliable AI / ML models.

Qualifications / Ideal Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 6+ years of professional software development experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with ML or deep learning is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages commonly used for AI / ML (e.g., Python, Java).
