• Minimum one (1) year of documented health care / home health experience
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Florida or Home Health Aide (HHA) credentials
• Level 2 Background screening through the Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA)
• Valid Drivers License / Social Security Card
• Updated CPR Card
• Must have reliable transportation
