A well established and respected architecture, engineering, and construction firm is seeking a Project Manager to join its Civil / Site Engineering team. This role involves the design and plan production of projects across commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use sectors nationwide.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead civil engineering design efforts from project inception through completion.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and cost controls.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staff.
  • Review design calculations and plans for accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  • Assist in preparing permit applications for relevant agencies.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant project experience.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, including 3D surface and pipe design.
  • Solid understanding of design standards and production procedures.
  • Familiarity with tools such as PondPack, Hydroflow, HEC-RAS, XP-SWMM, and ICM is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
