Department : YVMC Central Supply

FTE : PRN, 0.0, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks), 10- 20 hours / week

Shift : Days.

Pay : $21.06 - $31.59 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary :

Transports patients, visitors, employees, supplies and equipment. May also provide basic pre-registration support and cash handling as needed.

Responsibilities :

• Safely transports patients, visitors and employees. Transports a variety of items including equipment, supplies, records, labs, and other items.
• May assist with obtaining basic patient demographic and consent information. Ensures documentation and paperwork are reviewed for completeness.
• For patient transport, assists patients entering / exiting vehicles including wheelchair or stretcher transfers.
• Assists with maintenance of transport vehicle and equipment. Supports urgent transportation needs.
