Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic compensation partner supporting the Global Customer Operations organization
Develop and implement competitive compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent
Collaborate with HR business partners and other teams to align compensation programs with business priorities
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 12 years of experience in compensation market analysis, plan design, and pay administration
Proven understanding of compensation practices
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, preferably with a focus on Human Resources or compensation
Advanced proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience using HCM systems is strongly preferred
