Base pay range

$60.00 / hr - $68.96 / hr

Experience Designer

Hybrid in Minneapolis, New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Atlanta, Dallas, Charlotte or Cincinnati (candidates local to Minneapolis market STRONGLY preferred) - working hours are 8-5PM CST

W2 Contract through end of 2025 w / potential for extensions or conversion perm

TOP REQUIREMENTS :

• 5 years experience – at least 3 working with complex or internal applications
• Analytical thinking
• Flexible approach

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Experience Designers at our client are customer obsessed in developing human-centered experiences that provide personalized, clear, helpful, and inclusive digital + human solutions for our customers.

Experience designers consider the why, what, and how of product use to help identify where user needs intersect with business goals across the entire user journey.

As an Experience Designer, you will :

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $60.00 to $68.96 / hr.
