What You'll Do :

• Represent the Brand : Attend and coordinate local and regional events to build relationships, engage with the community, and strengthen brand presence. There will be approximately 8-10 events on evenings and weekends throughout the year that you'll need to manage, attend, create, etc.
• Innovate with Technology : Champion the use of AI, automation, Google Analytics, Google Ads and emerging tools to streamline workflows and maximize performance.
• Lead & Inspire : Mentor a talented marketing coordinator, guiding them to deliver creative, high-quality campaigns across all channels.
• Build Strategy : Develop and execute high-impact campaigns that boost brand visibility, drive client acquisition, and set new industry standards.
• Own the Details : Oversee CRM and database strategies that are efficient, effective, and built for results.
• Stay Ahead : Continuously monitor trends, ensuring the brand remains on the cutting edge of marketing and technology.
• Deliver with Excellence : Keep projects on track and moving forward, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
