What You'll Do

  • Operate CNC lathe and mill machines, ensuring precision and quality.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
  • Perform machine setups and make minor programming adjustments.
  • Inspect work for accuracy and maintain documentation.
  • Load and unload components, handling weights up to 25 lbs.
  • Collaborate with team members and assist in training as needed.
  • Enter data into the ERP system for tracking and reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned to support production goals.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience.
  • Proficiency in operating CNC lathe and mill machines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Must pass a Machinist test for external candidates.

    • Salary, Shifts & Location

    Compensation ranges from $23.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience, with additional shift differentials available. This position is for the 3rd shift at our climate-controlled facility in Downers Grove.
