Job Summary

Elevate the game-day experience! As Suites Manager, you will lead premium hospitality operations, ensuring that every suite guest enjoys exceptional service and unforgettable moments. You will oversee suite setup, staffing, and execution, while partnering with culinary and service teams to deliver flawless events.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in hospitality management, business, or related field (preferred)

3+ years of experience in premium services, hospitality, or event management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems

Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Must meet all local food and alcohol service certification requirements

Key Responsibilities

Oversee suite operations before, during, and after events

Manage, schedule, and train suite staff to ensure premium service standards

Collaborate with culinary teams to confirm suite menus, presentations, and special requests

Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service and health / safety standards

Monitor suite performance metrics and guest feedback for continuous improvement

Partner with venue leadership to implement revenue-generating strategies

Resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively
