A dynamic, nationally recognized boutique litigation firm is growing, and they are looking for talented Associate Attorneys with 2-6 years of civil defense litigation experience to join their team.

At this firm, associates aren’t just case managers, they are strategic partners, trusted by clients and respected by colleagues. If you thrive on responsibility, collaboration, and sophisticated litigation work, this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do :

  • Handle a broad range of litigation matters from complex commercial disputes to personal injury claims
  • Manage discovery, depositions, client communications, and court appearances
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
  • Support trial preparation and participate in trial proceedings
  • Work directly with experienced litigation partners and clients across the country

What We're Looking For :

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active admission in Massachusetts and / or Connecticut (required); additional bar admissions are a plus
  • 2-6 years of relevant civil defense litigation experience
  • Excellent research, writing, and case management skills
  • Knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures
  • A proactive, motivated, and team-oriented mindset
