Job details :

Position :  Hospital Pharmacist

Location : Glenwood Springs, CO

Shift : Evenings - 10-hour shifts, 7 on / 7 off rotation.

Schedule is 7-on / 7-off Nights

Contract : 13 weeks

Scheduled hours : 30

Rate :

Gross-Weekly : $2566Weekly (30 hours)

Breakdown :

W2 taxable : $1320 / week

Per-diem Stipend : $1246 / week

Requirements :

Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree.

Current license to practice pharmacy in the state of Colorado

BLS (American Heart Association)

ACLS (American Heart Association)

Flu Vaccine REQUIRED - NO EXEMPTIONS ACCEPTED
