Red Team Penetration Tester IV
Data Intelligence, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Red Team Penetration Tester IV to lead and execute advanced offensive cyber operations in support of national security missions. This senior-level role is ideal for a cybersecurity expert with deep technical capabilities, strong problem-solving skills, and extensive experience in Red Team engagements. The ideal candidate thrives in challenging environments and is committed to defending against evolving cyber threats. This position is fully on-site in Dam Neck, VA.

Responsibilities :
Lead Red Team engagements to simulate nation-state-level adversarial activities against enterprise and tactical environmentsDesign and execute sophisticated attack scenarios to identify security vulnerabilities in systems, applications, and networksDevelop custom exploits, payloads, and toolsets to support mission objectives and bypass modern detection mechanismsAnalyze system and network configurations to identify potential weaknessesCollaborate with Blue Teams and stakeholders to evaluate detection and response effectivenessPrepare detailed reports and executive-level briefings outlining findings, impact assessments, and actionable remediation stepsMentor junior Red Team members and guide tool development effortsStay current on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and cyber attack trendsQualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Cyber Operations, Cyber Engineering, Information System, Information Technology, Computer, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics with a concentration in Computer Science, or equivalent to above disciplines.Minimum 10 years' professional experience in penetration testing and / or offensive cyber operations which include the following :Use and development of offensive tools including Metasploit, NMAP, Kali Linux, and Cobalt StrikeEmulation of adversary Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs)Operation within Linux, Windows, and macOS environmentsExploiting and assessing Active Directory infrastructuresExploit development targeting various platforms and servicesIdentifying gaps and weaknesses in current Red Team tools and testing methodologiesProgramming proficiency in three or more scripting / programming languages, such as Python, C++, Java, Rust, or Assembly8 years of experience may be accepted for candidates possessing a Masters Degree in a relevant field; 5 years of experience may be accepted for candidates possessing a PhD in a relevant field18 years of experience may be accepted for candidates possessing a highschool diploma; 15 years of experience may be accepted for candidates possessing an Associate's DegreeCertification Requirements :
