About the Role

The Director of Clinical Services will :

  • Lead multiple interdisciplinary teams across all levels of care settings.
  • Oversee all clinical operations, staff, and patient care services.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Compliance & Education teams to ensure regulatory readiness.
  • Manage budgets, meet quality benchmarks, and support strategic growth initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative culture and motivate teams toward excellence.

Ideal Candidate

  • Current RN (Colorado or eligible for licensure); BSN and CHPN preferred.
  • 10+ years in healthcare, including 5+ years in progressive management.
  • Hospice leadership experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multi-site operations.
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-focused leadership style.
