    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Licenses : Arkansas APRN license with CRNA certification (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certifications : Current BLS, ACLS; National Board Certification as CRNA
  • Experience : Preferred, but not required
  • Other Qualifications : - Ability to work both independently and within a team - Willingness to take scheduled and additional call

    • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver anesthesia care in collaboration with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
  • Rotate through Main OR, Outpatient Surgery Center, and Endoscopy Suite
  • Maintain patient safety and clinical documentation standards
  • Provide call coverage one weekday and one weekend per month, with availability for extra shifts
  • Participate in quality improvement and patient-centered care initiatives
