Water Restoration Technician

Rainbow Restoration offers residential and commercial cleaning and restoration services and has recently expanded into our new cleaning factory in Fairfield OH. As a Water Restoration Technician, you are a key team member responsible for industry standard drying of water and remediating mold damaged property. No experience is necessary and training will be provided.

This position is right for you if you are looking for 40+ hours, are honest and dependable, willing to be trained to the highest standards of our industry, thrive in fast paced environments and helping people, and are a great team player. Understanding the nature of our business, and the urgency of our services for those affected by disasters, you must be able and willing to work after hours 6-7 times a month. Bonuses and overtime for after hour shifts apply.

$18.00 starting with no experience and up to $25 with certifications and experience plus bonuses.

Specific responsibilities include :

• Become proficient in the established industry standards for water damage restoration.
• Explain our processes and progress to customers
• Enter job notes and photos into software program
• Monitor progress and record moisture readings
• Communicate effectively with customers, insurance carriers, claims handlers, etc concerning scope and / or status of work.
• Maintain company equipment and vehicles
• Work together well with co-workers to get the jobs done right and as efficiently as possible
