• See patients in a Nursing Home setting
• Flexible Hours - round and go
• Weekend call 1 : 5
• Employed by a PRIVATE group (not the nursing home)
• Physician would need to be able to obtain liability insurance (negotiable for partial or full reimbursement after 1 year of working)
• Availability for benefits - customized
• No night calls
• Active New York license
• DEA or ability to obtain one
