Key Responsibilities : Accounts Payable Specialist

Process a high volume of invoices, ensuring accurate coding, approvals, and timely payments

Research and resolve vendor account discrepancies, providing proactive solutions

Review vendor terms to ensure cost-effective and efficient payment processes

Collaborate with other divisions, subsidiaries, and related companies regarding invoices and payments

Maintain organized, accurate accounts payable records in accordance with company policies

Preferred Qualifications : Accounts Payable Specialist

Basic accounting coursework and / or prior accounts payable experience

Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong communication skills with a professional approach to working with vendors and colleagues

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Salary : $50,000 - $56,000
