The Arhaus Sourcing department is accountable for optimizing sourcing and company growth objectives by delivering global strategies that focus on strategic supplier collaboration, competitive advantage and customer satisfaction. They drive strategies that ensure supplier accountability and support business objectives in terms of cost, service, quality and sustainability. Our Sourcing team partners closely with our Product Development, Merchandising, Merchandise Planning and Qualitiy teams.
